What to check before applying

• The ministry’s directory links to recruiting institutions and their vacancy systems. Read the linked notice for duties, deadline and the actual submission method; the directory itself is not a completed application.
• Check the required education, experience and Estonian or other working-language conditions in the vacancy. Distinguish a public-service appointment from an employment-contract role.
• Prepare the requested CV, statement and qualification evidence. For a regulated profession, confirm the recognition route with the appropriate authority before assuming an overseas qualification is sufficient.
