What to check before applying

• Record both the portal number and the institution’s reference. Read the legal employment status and the stated qualification and admission conditions; the portal advertises more than one form of public employment.
• Prepare the specific CV format, qualification copies and declarations listed in the notice. Do not infer that all roles request the same evidence from a single example.
• Distinguish the submission deadline from the decision date and intended start date. Save confirmation from the actual submission channel, including when the vacancy redirects to the employer.
