What to check before applying

• For ASEP electronic procedures, update the relevant registry fields and transfer the required information into the application. Completing the registry does not by itself submit a competition application.
• Some procedures separate initial application from a later supporting-document stage. Follow the current notice and the matching ASEP manual; a results announcement is not a new application window.
• Check required documents and any official payment instructions in the particular proclamation. Finalise the application and retain its record; short-term employer recruitment can use a separate route.
