What to check before applying

• Read the notice’s application letter, CV and declaration requirements. Senior competitions can request evidence of management scope and a strategic presentation at a later stage.
• Check whether the notice asks for academic recognition of an overseas qualification or evidence of Latvian-language ability. Supply the evidence specified for that role rather than assuming one document list applies everywhere.
• Use the prescribed submission channel and reference, and distinguish initial documents from material requested after shortlisting. Institutions also publish vacancies outside the Chancellery’s own list.
